Our Factories
One of our factories mainly engages in the developing, manufacturing, installation and service of grain and oil equipment. In which, dust removal equipment won China's famous brand product in 2018.
Graining cleaning line can clean all types of grains, main function is to remove the dust and impurity inside the grains to reach the further processing demand. These grains are wheat, green-mung beans, soybean, rapeseeds, peanut, sesame, chick peas, pigeon peas, water melon seeds, coffee beans and so on.
Flour milling line will make the wheat into all grades of the flour to meet the human demand.
Oil processing line includes the oil crushing, oil refinery, fractionation, dewaxing, extraction and packing.
We can crush peanut, sesame, soybean, sunflower seeds, cotton seeds, rapeseeds as well.
We can refine all types of soft oil, such as soybean oil, peanut oil, cotton seeds oil, rapeseeds oil, flaxseeds oil, sunflower seeds oil and so one.
We can extract the soybean and all kinds of the cakes.
We can fractionate all grades of crude palm oil into the Olein as your request.
We can do not only the fabrication, but also the installation of all our lines. And we do provide all types of service to our machinery.
The other factory of ours is the carton making machine fabrication. We are producing the lines for making the corrugated paper as the carton sheet, at the same time, we are manufacturing the machines for making cartons, such as carton sheet feeder, which is sending the carton sheet for next step, printing. The printing can be several colors as your option. The slot cutting machine to make the shape as the package need. Then die cutter to special shape with all types of dies. The carton collecting machine is to pile the ready flat carton for storing if necessary. Our line is full computerizing with touch screen operation. It is easy to operate and less noise, good energy saving.
We are providing the certain time training for operators to our lines as well.
